The One Where It's Just You

For a few minutes on your wedding day, the focus is entirely on you. No guests, no timeline, no one needing anything. Just you, and a photographer who has spent decades figuring out how to make people look exactly like the best version of themselves.

Portraits of the bride and the groom are some of my favorite images to make. There's a particular kind of confidence that comes over people when they realize they look extraordinary — and my job is to create the conditions where that happens. Great light, a considered location, and enough direction to bring out what's already there.
