Proposals & Engagements — Pricing
This section covers two related but distinct services. Proposal photography documents the moment you pop the question — typically a one hour session that captures the proposal itself and transitions into engagement portraits immediately after. Engagement sessions are standalone portrait sessions for couples who got engaged previously and are ready to mark the moment with a proper set of images.
Proposal Photography
The one hour clock begins at the agreed upon proposal time. If there are delays — and in New York City, there often are — that time comes out of your hour. Additional time is available in 30 minute increments. I always arrive at least 30 minutes early and I'm not going anywhere.

Every proposal booking includes:
- Approximately 75–100 high-resolution images
- Online gallery for viewing, downloading, and sharing
- $50 print credit
- Engagement portraits immediately following the proposal — included in your hour
- Basic phone video of the proposal moment captured by my assistant upon request
Engagement Sessions

Every engagement booking includes:
- All high-resolution files from your session
- Online gallery for viewing, downloading, and sharing
- $50 print or album credit for each hour booked
- Approximately 40–50 images per hour
A note on locations: Brooklyn Bridge Park and Central Park are the most requested locations for both proposals and engagement sessions, but I'll shoot anywhere in New York City that feels right for you. I'm happy to suggest locations based on your neighborhood, your story, or the time of day. See the full list of venues where I've worked here.
